Just, Sophia
 

Sophia Just studied pottery in her native Germany for three years, working with the Japanese potter, Katsuhiro Akazaka in Ratzeburg.

She has been working with Penny Simpson at Moretonhampstead, Devon since 1999 and has developed her own range of pots with a splendid grasshopper theme. Like Penny, she designs with use in mind and her pots are safe in the oven and the dishwasher.

Her influences are Japanese and her inspiration comes from the natural world.
