Graham Skinner was born in 1966. Shortly after leaving the Medway College of Art and Design in 1988 he set up his own workshop in nearby Rochester, Kent.

He uses different combinations of slips and glazes on his hand thrown pots to achieve subtle effects of outstanding quality.
